Types of displays
The 3 main types of display systems we install are…
1. Projection systems – Projection systems offer a cost effective way of displaying content and media onto a large screen/canvas
2. Plasma/led screens – TV screens offer great results in bright enviroments where close veiwing is possible and projection systems would be more likely to be washed out.
3. LED Video Walls – Video walls are the most expensive installs and are required in the largest of venues or for outdoor use.
Video Mixing
We stock a range of AV mixers from Roland, Black magic and Kramer.
Over the past 8 years breakthroughs in video technology means that video mixers now have most of the scaling and format converters built in.
What does a video mixer do?
The modern role of a video mixer is to take multiple inputs such as Laptops, Cameras and media players and allow an operator to fade between inputs live to display on screens in venues.
Video Distribution
For HD distribution we use HDMI over Ethernet systems or for longer runs or 4k content systems we use media converters with fibre cable.
As part of an install we can also set up online broadcasting facilities so no one misses out on your events.
